Every situation offers two positions. Owner or victim. There is no third option. The difference is not in the situation. The difference is in the position someone takes.
Behaviour does not come from the situation. Behaviour comes from your interpretation of the situation. Whoever does not lead their thinking gets led by their thinking.
Many people take accountability in words. Not in behaviour. The intent is there. The words are there. The action is missing. Action is the only thing that can produce a result.

Everything you tolerate in others, you tolerate in yourself first. Without self-leadership, every form of leadership toward others is weak.
People avoid confrontation because they want to prevent tension, want to be liked or feel unsure about their position. What they are actually doing is giving up their standard. Comfort costs you results.
